Twinkles is a loving little girl who likes to be right at a person's side. She is sociable and affectionate and very pretty! Her Mom is Ellen, a fun-loving registered Bichon Frise. Her Dad is Muffin, cute registered Shih Tzu. She is vet checked, micro-chipped, and is current on all of her shots.
