Delivery can be done by Mini Van to the following states Ma. Ny. Nj. Ct. Ri. Pa. Oh. Md. Mi. Ky. In. Il. Va. (pay upon arrival) no monies in advance. Cost of delivery $60-$150 no monies upfront.
