Quality Teaddy Bear Maltese! Noel stops traffic and loves the attention she gets. Everyone is in awe of her because she is so white, so tiny and so very cute. She is a puppy that has been raised in my home. She should weigh between 3 and 4 pounds at maturity. Maltese are a minimal shedding breed which is great for allergy sufferers! This baby requires an exceptional caregiver and cannot go to a home where she would be left alone for all day.
