Meet Ace, he is a male 1/8 Euro White Great Dane puppy with a merle spot on his ear and a few black spots on his tail, he is just too darn cute. He is the big boy in our litter. He had BAER testing performed on 5/22/12 and he is confirmed deaf. There was lite activity in the right ear but not enough to hear a command in training. He has his sight, but has a slight sensitivity to direct bright flashes and direct sun. He is a very special boy that will need special attention. I have learned so much about the White Dane community, and that often deaf dogs can learn over 50 sign language commands, and have all their other senses highlighted, as in our case I really didn't believe he was deaf. He will go to approved home only.
His parents are our family pets. His Mom Rosie (1/4 Euro lightly marked Harley) absolutely loves hanging out with our kids and running and playing with them, bike rides are her favorite. She is a very patient and laid back girl. His Dad Tow Mater (American Harley
